Nordic Network on Species Range Dynamics (NORA)

The purpose of NORA is to increase collaboration among Nordic research groups studying the response of plant species to climate change and to link these groups to leading European research environments.

The aims of the network are to facilitate interaction amongthe senior scientists involved, stimulate exchange of post-docs and PhDstudents, and to support research training in the growing field ofclimate change ecology.

The network is supported by 12 research groups from three Nordic countries, Estonia, Germany and Spain.

Coordination and network activities are funded by NordForsk in the period 2009-2011.
